Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for using ReactScore. Use the site and you agree to them.
Last updated 31 May 2026
1. What ReactScore is
ReactScore provides free, browser-based reaction-time tests and related educational content at reactscore.com. It is offered for personal curiosity, training and entertainment.
2. Not medical or diagnostic advice
ReactScore is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Reaction scores, “reflex age”, percentiles and any health-related information on the site are for general interest only and must not be used to diagnose, treat or rule out any condition. If you are concerned about your reaction time, reflexes or cognition, talk to a qualified healthcare professional. A single slow score is meaningless. It can come from tiredness, a slow device or simple distraction.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to measure accurately and to cite reliable sources, and we explain the limits of browser-based timing on our methodology page. Even so, web reaction measurements include device and display latency outside our control, and the reference data we publish are drawn from third-party research that may be revised. We provide everything “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not scrape or republish the site's content at scale without permission.
- Do not submit fake or automated results in an attempt to distort our public averages or leaderboards.
5. Intellectual property
The ReactScore name, design, original text, and the tools themselves are our property and are protected by copyright. You may share links freely and quote short passages with attribution. To embed a tool, please use the official embed and keep its attribution intact. Get in touch if you need it.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReactScore and its maker are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including any reliance on the information or scores it provides.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will update the date above when we make changes.
